The open-air wood oven has a 100 x 90 cm cooking chamber that can cook 5 pizzas at the same time. It heats up to 500°C (932°F) in just 20 minutes and retains heat for a long time and with little wood thanks to its optimal insulation.
WDD models stand out with their ceramic glass lids, which allow you to monitor the cooking status without opening it, preventing heat loss. The lid is equipped with a practical "drop-down" opening mechanism, which we have patented.
The oven consists of a stainless steel chamber insulated with environmentally friendly fibre on the outside. The base consists of a calcium silicate layer and a layer of fire bricks for baking pizzas.
Thanks to its great cooking capacities, the WDD-5 is designed to satisfy large groups of people.
