Excellent insulation made of environmentally friendly fibers allows to reach 500° in a few minutes and to retain heat for a long time. The base consists of a calcium silicate layer and a brick layer for baking pizza.

The ceramic glass lid allows you to check the cooking status without opening it and prevents heat loss. The lid is equipped with a practical "drop-down" opening mechanism, which we have patented.
