The outdoor wood oven has a cooking chamber measuring 60 x 40 cm. It has the capacity to cook your pizza in just 2 minutes. It heats up to 500°C (932°F) in just 10 minutes and retains the heat for a long time and with a small amount of wood thanks to its optimal insulation.
The WDD models stand out with their ceramic glass lids, which allow you to monitor the cooking status without opening it, preventing heat loss. The lid is equipped with a practical "drop-down" opening mechanism, which we have patented.
The oven consists of a stainless steel chamber insulated with environmentally friendly fibre on the outside. The base consists of a calcium silicate layer and a layer of fire bricks for baking pizzas.
