1. PARTIES This Agreement has been signed between the parties below, under the terms and conditions specified below.
A. ‘BUYER’: The person who places an order from the Site and whose information is in the order form.

2. DEFINITIONS In this agreement, Law (Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection), Regulation (Regulation on Distance Contracts), Goods (Movable property/Furniture) and Service (Assembly/Installation) shall have the meanings ascribed to them herein.
3. SUBJECT MATTER This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with legal regulations regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, and which the BUYER has ordered electronically through the SELLER's website.

5. PRODUCT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT The main features of the product, sales price including taxes, payment method, and delivery information are stated on the order confirmation screen and invoice. The product price includes assembly service.
6. DELIVERY AND OPERATIONAL TERMS
6.1. Curbside Delivery: Due to the volume and weight of furniture products, all deliveries are made as curbside (apartment/site entrance) delivery. Delivery to the floor or inside the apartment is not included in the price.
6.2. Assembly Appointment: After the product is delivered, installation teams are dispatched within the appointment schedule determined by the Seller.
6.3. Inspection Obligation: The Buyer shall inspect the product upon receipt; damaged or defective goods shall not be accepted from the cargo/logistics company. Products accepted without a report will be deemed undamaged.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCEPTIONS 7.1. Withdrawal Period: The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date.
7.2. No Returns After Installation: In accordance with the Regulation; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have begun with the consumer's consent and for furniture products that have been installed, making them unsuitable for resale. Returns of installed products are only possible in case of manufacturing defects (faults).
7.3. Custom Production: Products made to special measurements, fabric, or color changes at the Buyer's request are excluded from the return policy.
8. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA (KVKK) 8.1. Your data is processed through Shopify infrastructure and Google Analytics. The Buyer has consented to the transfer of their data to secure servers of these systems abroad.
8.2. Credit card information is not stored in our system. Payments are made through 128-bit SSL encrypted secure payment gateways.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS 9.1. If the Seller cannot deliver the product within the due period due to force majeure or conditions preventing transportation such as adverse weather, it shall inform the Buyer.
9.2. In case the product price is not paid or is cancelled by the bank, the Seller's delivery obligation ceases.
10. AUTHORIZED COURT In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the domicile of the Buyer or Seller are authorized.
