Returns and Exchanges

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By placing an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.

2. SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERY AND LOGISTICS

Curbside Delivery: Due to the volume and weight of furniture products, all deliveries are made curbside (apartment/building entrance).
Carrying Limit: The product price does not include floor delivery or inside-apartment delivery services; responsibility and organization for this process belong to the Buyer.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS

Period: The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of a standard product, without stating any reason.
PROHIBITION OF RETURN AFTER ASSEMBLY: Assembly service is included in the product price. However, in accordance with the Distance Sales Regulation; the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent, and for furniture products that lose their re-saleability after installation/assembly (except in cases of defective goods).
Custom Production: Products that are customized (special dimensions, special fabric upholstery, or color changes) at the Buyer's request are excluded from the right of withdrawal and return policy.

4. PRODUCT INSPECTION OBLIGATION

The Buyer is obliged to inspect the product upon delivery. Damaged, dented, or torn packaging products should not be accepted.
Mandatory Report: In case of damage caused by logistics, a "Damage Assessment Report" must be issued. For products accepted without a report, damage liability transfers to the Buyer, and the return process cannot be initiated.

5. RETURN PROCESS AND REFUND

Cancellation Condition: Cancellation of standard orders that have not yet been put into production or shipped is possible.
Return Condition: Products to be returned must not have been assembled, their packaging must be intact, and they must be undamaged with all accessories in their original box.
Refund: After cancellation or return approval is received, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer's payment method within 14 days. The Seller cannot be held responsible for reflection delays caused by the bank.

6. DEFAULT

The Buyer agrees that in case of default on payments made by credit card, they will pay interest within the framework of their contract with the bank and will be responsible to the bank.
